You deserve more than cookie-cutter care. That is why we designed a luxury-level facility that pairs unhurried, personal attention with biological recovery technologies that most traditional clinics never invest in.
At Rehab Reform, our focus is simple: replacement of guesswork with clear baseline diagnostics, structured contrast therapy protocols, and targeted, monitored cellular recovery.
Our Rochester Hills facility is designed as a sanctuary for biological optimization.
Danny Azzow built Rehab Reform out of an unusual pairing: a background in spiritual care and ministry, and years spent as an entrepreneur inside outpatient rehabilitation clinics.
His first experience in spiritual care taught him that people arrive at any clinic carrying far more than just the physical injury noted on their intake form. His second experience inside the business of health showed him an industry increasingly optimized for sheer volume and throughput—therapists split three ways, unqualified aides running critical recovery exercises, and patients cycling through until their insurance visits run out.
He founded Rehab Reform to challenge and raise the standard of what recovery can look like: personal, entirely unhurried, and fully equipped with clinical-grade technology designed to heal on a cellular level.
Dr. Lyndsi Davenport is a board-certified internal medicine physician practicing direct primary care in Rochester, Michigan. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Michigan State University and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013.
She completed her intensive internal medicine residency at Genesys Regional Medical Center in 2016. Dr. Davenport founded her clinical career on the belief that healthcare should be intensely personal, accessible, and rooted in trust. Through the direct primary care model, she is able to spend unrushed time with patients, focusing on prevention, lifestyle medicine, and identifying the true root causes of disease rather than simply managing symptoms.
She partners closely with her patients to develop individualized care plans that support long-term health and vitality. Her approach blends evidence-based internal medicine with a holistic perspective, recognizing the vital roles that nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, and spiritual well-being play in overall biological health.
Dr. Davenport lives in Romeo, Michigan, with her husband and three children. Outside of medicine, she is active in her church community, homeschools her children, and enjoys weightlifting and running ultramarathons—disciplines that reflect the same commitment to strength and endurance she encourages in her patients.
